Wouldn’t it be incredible to lose weight while you’re asleep, well, with this article you will know that losing weight could be as easy as getting a few good hours of Zzzzs, But there’s a catch of course, you have to eat the right things just before you hit the sack  to  aid the fat burning process, the way you sleep,  the number of hours you seep, and the quality of your sleep influences your metabolidm greatly, (1) . when you cut down on the precious hours in bed, you are risking yorself to obesity and weight gain.

2. Almonds
